Complex work needs teams; don't work alone

One key aspect of agility is that we don't exercise agility alone. Agility is about having conversations with people; it's about being able to share information and produce something that's greater than the sum of its parts. Socializing is the basis of collaboration.

Learn to act as a cohesive whole with others

To be effective we want diverse perspectives so we can get multiple viewpoints on what we're doing. We want teams that can hold multiple viewpoints and also resolve to a unified course of action. To do all these things we have to socialize our work and learn to act as a cohesive whole with others.
